Hello,

Today I am going to share a recipe, and it is not a recipe only it is also memories of my childhood. This is the recipe of a fruit that I  love so much. It's taste is still stuck in my tongue since childhood.

This is the recipe of Bel or Beal ka Murabba. It's unique taste you can't replace with any other taste. Believe me it have super taste and  different from Bael ka sarbat or ripe Bael fruit.

Ingredients-
Raw Bel - 1
Gud (Jaggery) -1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water -  half cup

Preparation-

The main tough part is break the Bael fruit and bring out his pulp. I break out it in middle then with knife like coconut I pull it.
Inside the raw Bael it look like this..
It was getting out in small large pieces. After I make it in similar size. Make sure it will remove seed of Beal. Wash it with water and leave it for dry some time.

 To make Bael Murabba-

First on the gas. Take a pan or kadai . When pan will be hot pour jaggery on it . Keep the flame medium. When it will started to dissolve add sugar and water on it. Stir until it will melt well, then add Bel pulp on it. Half cover the pan in low flame for boil well. Stir in 2 to 3 min. After 10 minute check well. It will soaked the liquid  and become a smooth in color like jelly . Off the gas and pour it on container. You can keep it in room temperature or also in fridge. It can use for one week.
