 Hello Friends , Today is Tuesday and it is raining out side. the weather is very beautiful.There are many beautiful things in the world. And the most beautiful one is flowers. It is liked by god also. We worship through many types of flowers every day. We use it in many other way too.Today I looked a beautiful flower which is loved by lord Shiva and it is called his favorite flower.  Few days ago I looked in my flower pot a tiny little plant are coming out and it has started to grown up.And day by day it was growing faster. i was surprised that which one is the flower plant is it. I asked to my housemaid, do you know which is the flower plant it look like! but she denied that may be it is grass plant or something like forest plant . But my believe was telling that it is may be flower plant for sure. So i leave it to grow up. Some days after it grow little more and I show that new leaves are coming out with a flower in this little plant.I surprised that how is the flower look ...

Hello friends, Today I am going to tell about a recipe that I made in Holi first time. It is a very special dish and very famous in Jharkhand and Bihar. The name of the recipe is 'Gujiya'. It is a sweet dish made from khoya, Suji and Maida and dry fruits. Ingredients- (To made Gujiya dough)  Maida (white flour )- 2 cup Desi Ghee -  3 table spoon Salt- one pinch (For filling inside in Gujiya)  Suji (semolina)- 1/2 cup Khoya (milk solids)- 2 cup Kaju (Cashew) -2 spoon Almond -2 spoon Pista -2 spoon Saunf (fennel) - half tea spoon Kismiss(Raisins)- 3 spoon Dry Coconut - half cup  Sugar - 2 cup  Elaichi powder -half tea spoon Oil refined - for deep fry Preparation- First make a dough- Mix maida and ghee and pinch of salt (it is optional you can add or not).
